Informational service
The service monitors selected public blockchain activity and sends analytics and alerts. It does not execute trades for you, hold assets, provide personalized investment advice, or guarantee that any signal is timely, complete, or profitable.
Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your messaging account, wallet security, and compliance with local law. Do not abuse APIs, evade plan limits, manipulate referrals or rewards, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.
Plans, billing, and renewal
Displayed plan price, duration, quota, renewal behavior, and payment currency govern at checkout. Monthly Telegram subscriptions may renew automatically where supported; other channels can have different rules. Taxes, exchange rates, and provider fees may apply. Lifetime access means access for the supported life of the service, not a guarantee that every current dependency or feature will exist forever.
Cancellation and refunds
You may stop renewal through the applicable payment channel. Access normally continues through the paid period. Refund availability depends on payment-provider rules, mandatory consumer law, usage, and the circumstances of the request; promotional pages must not promise a refund that operations cannot fulfill.
Availability and changes
Blockchain, RPC, data, AI, Telegram, Discord, Stripe, and other dependencies can fail or change. We may modify monitored sources, thresholds, plan features, or suspend service for security and maintenance. Material commercial changes should be communicated before they affect an existing paid period where required.
Risk and limitation
You make all trading decisions and bear all resulting gains, losses, taxes, and fees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without investment-performance warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
